Yesterday, started the summer canning with three different batches of jelly: raspberry/blackberry; raspberry/peach/brandy and raspberry/peach/red wine.  Pretty good combinations!  The last one tastes kind of like plum.

made homemade gluten free pizza with u cured pepperoni, 3-cheese blend, fresh oregano and basil. Crowning touch fresh heirloom tomatoes and a sprinkling of fine sea salt.
